Yes, we prioritize your health and the environment by using non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products. If you have special preferences or requests, let us know, and we’ll accommodate them.
Not necessarily! You can choose to stay home or provide access to our team. Many of our clients prefer to leave a key or arrange for access, and we guarantee the security and privacy of your space.
Our pricing depends on the type of service, the size of the area, and the level of cleaning required. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your needs.
We are a cashless business, but don’t worry—it’s super easy! We hold the amount on your card and charge it once the cleaning is done. If you’d like to tip your cleaner, feel free to do so in cash.
Yes, we do require a non-refundable deposit based on the service you book. For one-time residential cleanings, deposits range from 20% to 30%. Deep cleanings and commercial jobs require a 30% to 50% deposit, while recurring services need a 10% to 20% deposit.
We understand—life happens! However, all deposits are nonrefundable.
If you need to cancel your scheduled service, please notify us at
least 24–48 hours in advance and we’ll gladly reschedule your
appointment.
If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before your scheduled
service, a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the total service cost
will apply, depending on how last-minute the notice is. For no-shows
(no notice given), the full service cost will be charged.
We’re always happy to reschedule—just be sure to give us a
heads-up at least 24–48 hours beforehand!
No need! Our cleaners come fully equipped with their own supplies to make sure your space is cleaned with the best products.
Yes we are fully insured to protect both our clients and our cleaners. Your home and property are in safe hands with us.
We are happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible! Just let us know ahead of time so we can make the necessary adjustments and adjust pricing if needed.
Yes! We offer discounted rates for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services. You can save up to 20% on regular cleanings compared to one-time cleanings.
